• Clean meat room equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely processing and quality.
• Operate forklift to unload shipments and stage product for processing.

You will be part of a fun and dynamic team that values integrity and safety while striving for excellence in every task. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, starting at 10:00 PM and concluding at 6:30 AM. You will collaborate closely with a supportive team, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.

Your day to day as a Processor

• Chip frozen meat blocks apart
• Run Meat Blocks through meat processing equipment.
• Enter batch information into Plex Software and manage inventory on a daily basis to ensure product is in stock and accurately counted
• Mix ingredients together.
• Add oils as needed per customer specifications.
• Clean Meat Room equipment throughout shift and at the end of runs to ensure sanitation of equipment is up to standards.
• Work with a team to ensure product is safely processed in a timely manner.
• Use forklift to unload shipments into freezer and stage product for processing. Enter shipments into inventory on the computer.
