Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Maternity department at Saint Francis Hospital, Wilmington, DE. The role is part-time with a night shift and per diem flexibility to cover shifts during the week and weekend.

The RN will provide direct patient care, including neonatal assessment, patient education, and documentation, while adhering to hospital policies and safety standards. Delaware licensure and BLS are required; NRP within 6 months is expected.

Qualifications

• ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Delaware.
• BLS certification required; NRP within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to maternity patients as a registered nurse.
• Perform comprehensive neonatal assessments and care planning.
• Document patient condition, treatment, and response to care.
• Educate parents on newborn care and discharge preparation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver safe care.
