Conway Medical Center in Conway, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Maternity Department. This full-time role is primarily 3rd shift (nights) with on-call rotation and a typical patient load assigned.

The RN will provide care, start or check IVs, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with personal needs while leading a team and documenting nursing care per policies. Licensure: SC RN in good standing, BLS; NRP must be obtained within 6 months.

Qualificações

• ASN required; SC RN licensure in good standing.
• Two (2) years acute care experience preferred.
• One (1) year Labor and Delivery and/or OB experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care in the Maternity Department per physician orders.
• Start or check IVs and administer medications.
• Monitor vital signs and suction patients.
• Assist patients with personal needs.
• Plan, provide, supervise and document nursing care using the nursing process.
• Serve as team leader or charge nurse as assigned.
