Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is hiring a Materials Technician for the night shift. The role handles stocking, counting, and distributing general, medical, and surgical supplies, with movements tracked in MMIS. Expect to restock carts, adjust par levels, and coordinate with units to meet staff needs on a fast-paced night schedule.

Pay is hourly, with benefits and a supportive, patient-focused environment. WA driver’s license required; prior healthcare materials experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Valid WA Driver’s license required.
• Six months prior materials management experience within a healthcare institution preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow processes for storage and distribution of general, medical, and surgical supplies.
• Restock supply carts, adjust item mix and par levels, and record movements in MMIS.
• Interact with staff to anticipate needs and provide timely updates on new supplies.
