Night shifts require a 12-hour rotating schedule with a 12-hour shift pattern. Benefits start Day 1, plus vacation time and access to on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and perform basic math.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Good manual dexterity and safety-minded approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinder and ensure proper labeling and color consistency.
• Set up grinder workstation and feed scrap safely.
• Monitor grinding operations and prevent overloads.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and perform daily inspections.
• Assist with maintenance and safety programs as needed.
