Responsibilities

• Daily Shipping Operations and update shipping schedule.
• Maintain weekly shipping schedule and classify shipments.
• Handle international shipping and prepare commercial invoices (CI).
• Coordinate with carriers and obtain PRO numbers.
• Prepare shipping documents and support customer service.
• Coordinate truck pickups and guide drivers.
• Assist on warehouse floor and operate wrapping machine.
• Support admin tasks and special projects.
