Job summary

Kito Crosby is seeking a Material Handler - B- Nights in Jacksonville, AR for a full-time role in the CMCO division. The position reports to the Production Supervisor/Team Lead and is classified as Non-Exempt, with a B level designation.

Qualifications

2 years' Material Handling experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Completion of forklift operation training (3 hours minimum).

Responsibilities

Ship, receive, identify, store, and disburse materials, supplies, and equipment.
Make accurate counts and computer entries; fill out necessary paperwork; tag and route shipments via the proper carrier.
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently if properly trained.
Lift 1 to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Reach, bend over, twist, stand, or walk for long periods of time to pull parts, replenish stocking locations, cycle count, load parts on pallets, and remove parts from boxes.
See, read, and write to comprehend safety warnings, work orders, and inventory control documents.
Communicate with supervisors, inspectors, etc.
Be able to learn and have a long term memory to identify and locate parts and equipment, to utilize the computer, and do many other functions of the job.
Punctuality and regular attendance are important to maintain manufacturing schedules.
Will be exposed to dust, smoke, and fumes normal to any manufacturing environment.
