Job summary

Baxter is hiring a Material Handler, Packing in Marion, NC, for 7:00pm–7:00am shifts. You will move and package IV therapies and sterile solutions, working in a cleanroom with strict cGMP standards. Training is provided, and the team emphasizes safety, quality, and collaborative culture.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and at least basic math and English skills; PIT operation and inspection certifications are pluses. Compensation details follow company pay bands and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have basic English communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.
• General computer skills and ability to use standard software.

Responsibilities

• Transport sterilized bags using a powered industrial truck to packing line.
• Inspect and swap out truck batteries as needed.
• Maintain a steady supply of bags and cartons for packaging.
• Operate and maintain automated packaging equipment and ensure BOM compliance.
• Log defects and ensure proper bag orientation and labeling.
• Follow SOPs and cGMP to uphold product quality and safety.
