Job summary

Symrise is seeking a Material Handler for the Hodges, SC facility to support warehouse and production operations on the Night Shift. Responsibilities include accurately receiving, moving, storing, and shipping materials using forklifts, SAP, and RF scanners, with documentation and cycle counts daily.

Candidate should have a High School Diploma and forklift experience; SAP proficiency is preferred. Training will be provided for all equipment and systems, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• 3+ years forklift experience in manufacturing or distribution center preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Training provided to use Forklift trucks, SAP system and laser scanners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, ship and transfer materials accurately and timely.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Record transactions using RF functions.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Backup for office bookings, shipments paperwork, and SAP reports.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety compliance.
