Job summary

Wynalda Packaging is seeking a reliable Material Handler / Forklift Operator to support production on the 3rd shift. This hands-on role ensures materials flow efficiently so production teams have supplies while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe work environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing or warehouse experience, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Training and certification for Hi-Lo forklift operation are provided by Wynalda Packaging.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to obtain Hi-Lo forklift license; training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Move materials throughout production and warehouse areas using pallet jacks and other handling equipment.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related machinery to move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Operate jogger/aerator machine to prepare and turn stacks of paper for production.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production departments to maintain workflow.
• Pull, stage, verify, and deliver materials per production orders and schedules.
• Assist with inventory: labeling, storing, and tracking materials.
• Load and unload materials following safety procedures and company standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production, storage, and loading areas.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all company policies, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
