Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Material Handler on MCC Final- B Shift in Fayetteville, NC. The hourly rate is $18.40 plus $1.50 shift differential per hour, with shift hours Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM.

The role involves moving and storing materials with forklift or power equipment, unloading trailers, counting and inspecting items, and maintaining documentation. Kanban experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or work visas for this position.
• Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Fayetteville, NC; Active-duty military are exempt.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift or power equipment to move and store materials.
• Unload incoming materials from trailers and vehicles.
• Transport items to storage areas and maintain related documentation.
• Verify items received against purchase orders and inspect for damage or shortages.
• Use KanBan to order and replenish materials and assist in Kanban maintenance.
