Job summary

Champion Foods LLC is hiring for a warehouse associate to monitor and replenish production line inventory, load outbound shipments, and transfer goods with accurate documentation. The role requires operating powered industrial vehicles and following strict food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Under supervision, you will perform picking, staging, inventory control, and general warehouse tasks, while adhering to FIFO and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• One year of experience operating material handling equipment and handheld scanner, or six months of manufacturing/production experience plus fork truck safety training.
• Experience operating stand-up forklift, pallet jack, and manual pallet jack.
• Ability to read, write and count to correctly fill orders and conduct accurate inventory.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required AIB food safety and quality modules annually or within one year of start date.
• Safely operate powered industrial vehicles and manual pallet jacks.
• Adhere to GMPs, HACCP, FDA, OSHA, USDA, and BRC safety and quality standards.
• Pick and stage customer orders, load outgoing shipments and document inventory movements, expiration and lot/serial numbers using handheld scanners.
• Transfer finished goods from production lines to storage locations with proper documentation.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and assist other departments with pickups and deliveries.
• General Warehouse Operations.
