Job summary

Champion Foods LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to monitor production line inventory and replenish materials in a fast-paced environment. You will load outgoing shipments, move goods with forklifts, and document all movements using handheld scanners.

Requirements include a high school diploma, experience with material handling equipment, and ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP and related standards is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating material handling equipment in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read, write and count to fill orders and track inventory.

Responsibilities

• Complete required safety modules annually or within one year of start date.
• Safely operate powered industrial vehicles and pallet jacks.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, FDA, OSHA, USDA, and BRC standards and procedures.
• Pick and stage customer orders and load outgoing shipments with proper documentation.
• Strategically replenish materials and document inventory movements with handheld scanners.
• Keep warehouse areas and equipment clean and in good working order.
• Follow FIFO inventory control for shipping and production needs.
• Transfer finished goods from production lines to storage locations with documentation.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and assist other departments as needed.
