Job summary

TrueNorth Steel in West Fargo, ND is seeking a Material Handler for the night shift to assist in the Coating Department with handling, movement, and loading of steel. The role requires operating overhead cranes and forklifts to unload, move, and distribute materials across fabrication areas.

Shifts are 4:00 pm – 4:30 am, Monday through Thursday, with Friday OT as needed. Pay rate is $23.46–$25.00 per hour DOE, plus a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift and/or overhead crane experience preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure (imperial and metric).
• Willingness to work night shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle, move, and load steel in the Coating Department.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other equipment safely.
• Unload inbound materials and load outbound materials.
• Distribute materials to various operation areas for fabrication.
• Follow all safety and quality requirements.
