Job summary

RRD Company is hiring for a night-shift position in Newark, DE. The role involves handling printed materials, loading/unloading, and movement of stock on 10-hour shifts (7:30PM–6:00AM) with a $1.25 per hour shift differential.

The position supports production & manufacturing operations and offers benefits as part of the total compensation package. Responsibilities include feeding and stacking materials, pallet loading, and maintaining accurate production records.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of general warehouse layout and procedures.
• Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per instruction.
• Familiarity with shrink-wrap equipment and basic packing
• Able to complete stock description forms and labeling requirements.
• Proficient with basic hand tools used in material handling.

Responsibilities

• Night shift from 7:30PM to 6:00AM.
• Shift differential of $1.25 per hour.
• Feed, feed, remove, flex, jog, and stack printed sheets and other in-process products.
• Load and unload materials onto pallets and trays by hand.
• Load materials into trucks and apply straps, bracing, or padding.
• Move materials using hand trucks, electric dolly, or similar.
• Record counts and weights on production sheets.
• Attach labels/tags and record information on cases and containers.
• Assemble materials into bundles and use banding equipment; operate occasional automated equipment or industrial trucks.
