Job summary

Tradewinds Support Partners, LLC is seeking dependable Laborers to join our Field Operations team. This full-time, hands-on role supports masons on residential and commercial sites with mortar mixing, material handling, and scaffold work.

You will work from 7pm to 7am, assist with day-to-day site tasks, and follow safety directions from lead tradespeople. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of construction or laborer experience preferred.
• Experience with scaffold building and mortar mixing a plus.
• Jackhammer experience is highly valued.
• Ability to measure and cut materials accurately.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work well with a team and follow direction.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the trade.
• Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist masons and tuck pointers with day-to-day tasks
• Mix mortar and prepare materials for job site use
• Build and disassemble scaffolding safely and efficiently
• Stock and transport brick, block, and other materials around the site
• Operate jackhammer and other equipment (if qualified)
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials to specification
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and directions from lead tradespeople
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 80 lbs
• Be flexible and adaptable on various job site tasks
