Job summary

Iconex is seeking a Manufacturing Utility Associate for the Morristown, TN plant working the 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM schedule on a 2-2-3 rotation. You will help keep production areas clean, support press operators, and move materials with forklifts while following safety policies.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate with shift differentials and a quarterly bonus program. You should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and possess basic math and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Forklift or clamp truck experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work extended hours if needed.
• Good communication and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout all production departments, including sweeping, mopping, and waste removal.
• Assist press operators during job changeovers and equipment cleanups.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move materials and waste.
• Organize and dispose of corrugated and surplus materials for recycling.
• Support general housekeeping of the exterior and dumpster areas.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production and cleanliness.
