Job summary

bioMérieux is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I (Filling) to operate high-speed manufacturing equipment and manage packaging processes for BacT/ALERT products. This is a third shift role (Mon-Fri, 11 pm–7:30 am), involving batch documentation, SOP adherence, and ongoing quality control in a regulated environment.

The role emphasizes maintaining clean, compliant work areas, supporting deviation analyses and CAPA actions, and training teammates on procedures.

Qualifications

• Regulated production/operations experience preferred.
• Experience with high-speed, automated production equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations (LOTO, electrical safety).
• Familiarity with FDA and GMP regulations.
• Mechanical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed automated equipment with HMI/SCADA interfaces.
• Complete production activities per approved directions and SOPs.
• Ensure batch paperwork is accurate and timely.
• Maintain clean, compliant work areas under cGMP.
• Assist with deviation analysis, CAPA and quality concerns.
