Job summary

Graver Technologies LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Shift Manufacturing Operator to support the production of filtration products at our Glasgow, DE plant. This role focuses on efficient operation of designated production equipment during the 3rd shift, with duties at a workbench or on the line.

You will maintain a clean, safe work area, follow procedures, document production logs, manage material traceability, and ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

Qualifications

• Read and understand specifications.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Stand for entire shift.
• Forklift license required or ability to obtain.
• Use measuring instruments.
• Perform basic math.
• Work with PLC interface.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Overtime including weekends.
• Pass job-related screenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Perform and document production logs and products.
• Document and report raw material consumption for all finished goods.
• Complete required documentation (BOM, Lot Traceability, etc).
• Communicate any quality issues to appropriate personnel.
• Provide data to help disposition nonconforming material.
• Assign lot numbers for material traceability.
• Ensure all operations conform to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
