Job summary

Graver Technologies LLC, a Marmon Holdings company, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for the 3rd shift in Glasgow, DE. This role supports the production line, handles raw materials, and ensures traceability and quality in daily operations.

You will work a 10:00 PM–6:30 AM schedule, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate PLC interfaces while maintaining a safe, clean work area. Forklift certification is preferred or required after offer.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand specifications.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Possess or have the ability to obtain a forklift license.
• Ability to use PLC interface and basic computer literacy.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment troubleshooting and repair.

Responsibilities

• Operate designated production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow procedures.
• Document production logs, material consumption, and lot traceability.
• Report quality issues and assist with disposition of nonconforming material.
• Assist with basic maintenance and equipment adjustments as needed.
• Adhere to ISO 9001:2015 standards and shift duties including overtime.
