Job summary

Atkore is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Night shift (6 PM – 6 AM) at the Houston plant. You will oversee the night operations, supervise hourly staff, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining the ERP system and master data.

You will drive KPI improvements through Lean Daily Management, coordinate with Planning and Operations, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced metals fabrication environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as AS400 or JD Edwards is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly manufacturing team members.
• Schedule and assign work tasks to meet production goals.
• Create and modify standardized work and ensure application by all team members.
• Provide technical expertise in all responsible areas.
• Ensure products are prepared according to requirements and ready for on-time delivery.
• Maintain ERP system and master data.
• Coordinate between Planning, Scheduling, and Operations to hit KPI goals.
• Maintain KPI reporting and participate in Lean Daily Management.
