Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year troubleshooting and diagnosing manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (BD/embecta a plus).

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot automatic assembly and packaging equipment.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs to produce quality products.
• Perform machine set-ups, changeovers, and minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain preventive maintenance documentation and production reporting.
• Support continuous improvements with supervision and engineering.
