Job summary

Embecta Corp. in Holdrege, Nebraska is seeking a Production Operator to support the production of insulin delivery syringes on a 12-hour night shift. You will wear PPE, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with a dedicated team to keep operations running smoothly.

As part of a manufacturing environment, you will set up and operate molding, assembly, packaging or warehouse lines, perform in-process quality checks, and document results to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience working with or fixing manufacturing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail in reading and completing product quality checks and documentation.
• Comfortable using computers and basic software like Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up molding, assembly, packaging or warehouse equipment.
• Inspect products and perform in-process quality checks.
• Complete and maintain quality documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Move raw material supplies and finished products as needed within the facility.
• Monitor equipment output and assist with problem-solving as needed.
• Work as part of a safe, engaged team with safety as a top priority.
