Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking an Operator Manufacturing III in Roanoke, VA. You will set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot multiple production machines and perform preventive maintenance to ensure quality output.

Responsibilities include setup/changeover, inspecting parts, and adjusting tooling as needed, with adherence to GMP and safety guidelines. The role requires 1–3 years of experience and availability for weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Able to lift at least 25 lb and stand for long periods.
• Weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor and troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines.
• Inspect parts and adjust or change tooling as needed to maintain quality specifications.
• Perform pre-operation activities to ensure startup and operation.
• Support changeovers and packaging SKU sizes as needed.
• Meet GMP quality standards and communicate results to team.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production equipment and area.
• Operate palletizing, stretch wrap, and RF tablet tasks as required.
