Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking an Operator Manufacturing II in Sandston to operate and monitor production equipment, adjust settings, and ensure quality output in a fast-paced environment.

You will perform pre-operation activities, monitor equipment, communicate with teammates to maintain continuous production, and comply with safety and sanitation standards. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work a 6PM-6AM 2-2-3 schedule and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 12 months of work experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre-operation activities to ensure proper startup.
• Operates and monitors equipment to maintain quality production.
• Communicates with teammates to sustain continuous production.
• Performs housekeeping and sanitations.
