Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Bishopville, SC is hiring for an Operator Manufacturing III. This role focuses on setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment during the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 9:00pm–5:30am) with some weekends/holidays as needed.

You will inspect parts, adjust settings, and support efficient, high-quality production. Candidates should have a High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Weekend work as scheduled to support customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates equipment to start production and maintain operation.
• Monitors equipment, performs setup and changeovers, and makes adjustments to ensure quality.
• Performs GMP-based quality checks and communicates results to teammates and support teams.
• Conducts housekeeping and sanitations on production equipment.
• May operate palletizing machines and Stretch Wrap equipment to support efficiency.
• Unloads or loads product, using RF Tablet to track warehouse movements.
• Loads product into trailers and scans items in warehouse locations.
