Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking an Operator Manufacturing IV in Sandston for the 6PM–6AM shift on a 2-2-3 schedule. The role includes setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, performing tool changes, and assisting with line setup and changeovers. A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of experience are required, with opportunities for peer leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of work experience required.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a noisy, wet, and extreme temperature environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines.
• Inspect parts and adjust or change tools to meet specifications and quality.
• Lead peers on the production line and provide guidance to new associates.
• Support setup and changeover of production equipment per procedures.
