KLN Family Brands is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance & Reliability Technician for its Delano, MN facility. The role focuses on safe, reliable asset operation and quality through preventive and corrective maintenance across facility and production equipment.

The ideal candidate has a boiler license, 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or a related field, and hands-on skills with electrical/ mechanical systems, PLCs and pneumatics.

Formación

• Must have special boiler license or willing to obtain one (2nd Class B Boilers License or higher preferred).
• At least three (3) years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial or military environments, or a 2-year degree in Electrical/Industrial Technology.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with single and 3-phase electrical repair up to 480 V.
• Experience with fabrication and welding.
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with precision alignment of motors, couplings, bearings and pumps.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on facility and manufacturing equipment, tanks, piping and process controls.
• Conduct FMEA, RCA and CI activities to improve asset reliability and product quality.
• Record data from testing (ultrasonic, vibration, thermography) on rotating and electrical equipment.
• Maintain spare parts and MRO inventory and manage CMMS entries.
• Assist production with line setups, changeovers and autonomous maintenance.
• Support TPM, 6S and GMPs in the workplace.
