Job summary

True Manufacturing is seeking a Factory Worker for a weekend shift to perform production and assembly on parts and materials. The role requires standing for long periods on a cement floor and handling tools such as air guns, power drills and power screwdrivers.

Teamwork and strict safety practices are essential. The position is Friday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm (12-hour shifts) with possible overtime at the company’s discretion.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand instructions.
• Must have basic arithmetic skills.
• Must be physically capable of long periods on a cement floor.
• Prior factory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

In addition, this position requires use of vibrating and air-powered (pneumatic) tools, sustained overhead lifting activities, prolonged or sustained repetitive grasping and/or gripping with hands, and sustained repetitive bending of the wrists.Team members are required to follow all company safety rules, wear safety glasses, ear plugs and other necessary safety equipment to prevent injuries. Team members are also required to follow all plant/work rules and supervisory instructions. Team members must be able to move to any part of the plant where needed to maintain production.
