Stewart Glass is seeking a Manufacturing Associate (General Laborer) to support fast-paced production in a glass manufacturing facility. The role emphasizes mechanical knowledge, tool use, and teamwork to keep the line running smoothly.

This full-time, hourly position offers overtime eligibility, night shifts with differential, and comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, life insurance, and paid leave. Work is in person at Stewart Glass with a 4-on/4-off schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting preferred.
• Familiarity with assembly line processes advantageous.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools and forklifts desirable.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assembly line equipment for production flow.
• Use hand and power tools to fabricate/assemble components.
• Assist in loading/unloading materials using forklifts with safety.
• Inspect machinery and tools for proper function.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse/work areas.
• Follow safety guidelines to promote a safe environment.
