Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Associate Manufacturing - Nights to join our Rhode Island manufacturing team. The role supports production, operates equipment, and ensures safety and quality as part of a 12-hour night shift.

You will document processes, work under SOPs, and contribute to continuous improvement. A high school diploma or higher and manufacturing experience are preferred, with 15% shift differential and Sundays premium pay.

Qualifications

• High school/GED + 2 years of manufacturing or operations work experience
• Associate’s + 6 months of manufacturing or operations work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in the manufacturing area under SOPs
• Monitor critical processes and draft/revise Manufacturing Procedures and technical reports
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist in documentation reviews for assigned functions
• Own deviations/CAPA's and participate on cross-functional teams
• Identify and implement improvements related to routine functions
