Job summary

• 1-2 years related experience in a progressive manufacturing setting desired
• Must be proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Knowledge of food GMPs and ability to follow procedures

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift paperwork, compliance, and daily shift activities
• Monitor overtime and communicate with shift supervision
• Enter SAP data including downtime and waste
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain training hours and timeclock data
