Job summary

The Hershey Company West Hershey plant in Hershey, PA is seeking a Production Supervisor for a 12-hour night shift. You will lead Production Supervisors, Maintenance Supervisors and hourly staff to ensure safety, quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness on your shift, meeting production schedules with minimal downtime.

You will oversee sanitation, CIP, logistics, plant assets; drive safety, quality initiatives, cost savings and productivity; coach and develop supervisors; coordinate training;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or high-speed, complex environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of production systems and cost control
• Experience with SAP and MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership on the assigned shift and serve as the point of contact for non-salaried staff
• Drive safety, quality, and cost improvement initiatives across the shift
• Lead and develop Production Supervisors, Maintenance Supervisors, and hourly staff
• Meet plant production schedules with minimal downtime and loss; manage sanitation and CIP
• Coordinate training and communication across the department to align with plant objectives
• Support labor scheduling and shift planning during high-demand periods
