McDonald’s Westminster is seeking an experienced Night Shift Manager to lead our night teams. You will supervise Crew and fellow Managers, ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service, and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness on shift.

You will drive targets, manage schedules, and monitor safety and inventory to support profitable operations while delivering excellent guest experiences in a franchise setting.

You would provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
