Job summary

Elanco in Elwood, KS is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Night Shift) to deliver essential maintenance and support in a GMP environment. You will ensure facility reliability, equipment uptime, and adherence to safety and quality standards while working a 12-hour night schedule.

You will maintain boilers, AHUs, water systems, pumps, and other processing equipment, with a focus on documentation and compliance in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Broad knowledge of carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance.
• Experience with GMP documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate critical facility systems including boilers, AHUs, purified water systems, air compressors, and wastewater treatment.
• Provide production support by maintaining and repairing tanks, mixers, pumps, sterilizers, filling equipment, and solids processing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment longevity and compliance.
• Follow SOPs, Quality Assurance guidelines and safety programs including lockout/tagout and fall protection; operate forklifts and lifts.
