Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical crafts within the Central Shops, serving as a maintenance guidance resource.
• Execute planned and unplanned work to meet department goals.
• Maintain a safe work environment and a workplace free of harm to people and environment.
• Lead safety discussions and job-specific safety reviews.
• Support operating results through crew management with focus on quantity, quality, timeliness, safety, recovery and delivery.
