Job summary

Arconic Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Group Leader in Davenport, IA to provide leadership to a maintenance crew of approximately 35 employees in a rigorous ABS environment. The role reports to the Maintenance Superintendent and focuses on safe, reliable production, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, staffing, and ensuring productivity, quality, and on-time delivery while applying lean principles.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
ITAR requires U.S. person status (citizenship, permanent resident, asylum or refugee).

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to a maintenance crew of about 35 employees.
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure no harm to people or the environment.
Support operating results through management of subordinates prioritizing quality, safety, and delivery.
Develop individuals through challenging assignments, training, coaching and mentoring.
Allocate work fairly, assign tasks, and deploy crewing for planned/unplanned needs.
