Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Maintenance Worker in Hollandale, MS to troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform preventive and predictive maintenance, and complete corrective tasks during the night shift. You’ll maintain records and operate safely per HES policies, with tools like SAP, Genie and Scissor lifts.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience (entry-level to experienced non-manager roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Able to work night shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to learn to use Genie and Scissor lifts.
• Must wear PPE (safety glasses, steel toe boots, hi-vis vest).
• Detail-oriented and able to produce accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to keep operations running.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance as scheduled.
• Execute PM plans according to SAP information.
• Complete corrective maintenance during the shift.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and submit activity reports.
• Comply with HES policies and work safely.
• Conduct patrols, identify issues and report them.
• Use and maintain all tools in proper condition.
