Job summary

Syndicus NACON is seeking a Back Maintenance Technician for a 2-month contract in Hollandale, MS. The role pays $25/hr with a night shift preference and focuses on equipment troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, and timely completion of tasks per SAP PM guidelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, reporting issues, and ensuring safe work practices. High school diploma required; associates preferred; 1–3 years of experience and lift experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in maintenance or related roles.
• Experience with Genie lifts and Scissor lifts is preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance per SAP PM guidance.
• Complete corrective maintenance during shift and document actions.
• Night shift preferred to support schedule requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records and submit reports to supervisor.
• Ensure tools are used and stored safely and correctly.

Maintenance Technician
2-month contract, opportunity for extensions
$25/hr.

Equipment trouble shooting and repairing. Performs preventive and predictive maintenance plans to complete tasks according to schedule. Executes PM plan according to the SAP information. Completes related corrective maintenance jobs during shift time. Night shift preferred for this role.

Works out maintenance records and reports related issues. Complies with HES policy and ensures that maintenance jobs are finished under safe conditions. Carries out patrols and reports any abnormal findings. Prepares maintenance activity reports and submits them to supervisor after finishing each activity. Uses and maintains all tools in a proper condition.

Requirements

• 1-3 Years of Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required, associates preferred
• Genie and Scissor lift experience
