Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, and electrical repairs.
• 2+ years' experience with troubleshooting Siemens, Allen Bradley, and other PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively perform work order repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, servo motors, drives, pneumatic and hydraulic breakdowns.
• Ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform fabrication and modification of equipment.
• Adhere to Environmental and Safety policies.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement programs (5S, TPM).
• Coordinate daily with other shifts and supervision.
• Other duties as assigned.
