Job summary

You will perform mechanical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing assets, read technical drawings, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Training and development are available in a cross-functional, international environment.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship, vocational training, or technical education in Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or a related field.
• Less than 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience performing equipment repairs.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, safety standards, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment to ensure uptime
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment specifications
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate equipment status to the team
