Job summary

Pretium Packaging, L.L.C. seeks a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to keep our production lines running on a 7pm–7am night schedule. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support equipment installations and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation systems.
• Proficient in reading technical manuals, blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all manufacturing equipment, including blow molders, conveyors, packers, and automated systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using tools such as hand and power tools and PLC interfaces.
• Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and update equipment records in our CMMS (MaintainX).
• Abe to communicate issues to team and operational staff.
• Follow safety protocols including LOTO, GMP, and PPE.
