Job summary

Great Oaks is seeking a Maintenance Technician IV to perform emergency repair, rebuilds, changeovers, and preventative maintenance on process equipment. The role requires adherence to cGMPs, SOPs, and OSHA safety standards, with emphasis on timely and efficient maintenance.

The position includes night shift responsibilities (evenings to mornings) and participation in equipment upgrades, training operators, and maintaining detailed documentation in the work order system.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a regulated production environment and be able to follow cGMP/SOP requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in mechanical/electrical domains.

Responsibilities

• Close out activities in the work order system with compliant documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and data within the operating area.
• Use testing and measuring equipment for maintenance and troubleshooting of line equipment.
• Provide operator training for equipment setup and minor repairs.
• Install new equipment and oversee upgrades per SOPs.
• Maintain 5S and organized work areas.
• Follow safety procedures per OSHA and cGMP guidelines.
• Maintain SDS knowledge for area chemicals.
• Document batch records and GMP entries as required.
• Work with supervision and project leads on PET activities and validations.
