Job summary

Graham Packaging in Twin Falls, ID is seeking a Maintenance Technician for night shift (6:30pm-6:30am) on a 2/2/3 schedule, every other weekend. Weekly pay up to $33.65 per hour based on experience, with benefits starting day one including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.

The role covers installation, preventive and reactive maintenance of production equipment, safety compliance, and collaboration with managers, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair equipment in the plant.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment and building.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and perform adjustments.
• Provide emergency and scheduled maintenance on equipment during operation.
