Job summary

Evapco is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Technician in Taneytown, MD to maintain and repair metal fabrication equipment and facility systems. The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing maintenance with strong electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and document activities in SharePoint. The position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and operates 3:30 PM–2:00 AM, Monday–Thursday, with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced understanding of industrial electrical systems (120/277/480 volts), mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic theory.
• Reading and interpreting drawing packets including electrical schematics.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, rebuild, and install various metal manufacturing fabrication machines and related equipment.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and execute timely repairs.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on production machinery, vehicles, and forklifts.
• Document maintenance activities and repairs in SharePoint and keep work areas organized.
