Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician II at our Lancaster, PA facility. This full-time role supports the maintenance team to drive improvements in performance, quality, and safety across the plant.

The position runs 6 PM to 6 AM on a rotating schedule, with overtime opportunities. You will operate processing equipment safely, perform housekeeping per GMP standards, follow work instructions, and promptly report any safety, food safety, or quality issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Perform housekeeping in accordance with GMP and company procedures.
• Follow work instructions to ensure food safety and quality.
• Identify and report safety, food safety, and quality issues as needed.
