You will document activities, follow safety protocols, and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on complex production equipment.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics and manuals.
• Experience troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Capable of mentoring junior maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and implement corrective actions to restore uptime.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate with team members.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff and operators on improvements.
