Job summary

Highline Aftermarket is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This role supports night shifts and a rotating schedule to ensure continuous operation.

Candidates should have strong mechanical skills, experience with conveyors and packaging equipment, and the ability to work independently or with a team while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Pipe fitting, pump repair, and plumbing repair experience.
• Mechanical knowledge of conveyors and material transfer equipment.
• Basic electrical knowledge with 110/220/480 volt power.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Experience with packaging equipment (case erectors, case sealers, palletizers).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Operate machines related to production.
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and conduct safety checks.
• Document actions and communicate needs to team.
