Job summary

Highline Aftermarket is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our manufacturing facility. You will perform routine and complex maintenance, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and operate production machinery to keep lines running efficiently.

The role includes training Level 1 technicians and documenting maintenance actions to ensure continuity of operations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a fast-paced plant environment, hands-on experience with conveyors, pumps, liquids, and basic

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Pipe fitting, pump repair, and plumbing repair experience.
• Mechanical knowledge of conveyors and material transfer equipment.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs.
• Experience with packaging equipment (case erectors, case sealers, palletizers).
• Basic electrical knowledge with 110/220/480 volt power.
• General experience with building maintenance.
• Experience with Liquid fill equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex maintenance and repair tasks and operate machines.
• Install and commission new equipment.
• Develop maintenance strategies and schedules with the team.
• Train and mentor Level 1 technicians and machine operators.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and document actions.
• Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed.
• Maintain housekeeping and productive area.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
