Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance or related industry experience.
• Basic knowledge of PLC operation and electrical motors, gearbox components, and system troubleshooting.
• Experience reading schematics and using electrical testing equipment is strongly preferred.
• Experience with AC/DC electrical systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with shop equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, presses) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair and replace industrial processing and packaging machinery.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide technical support at plant level.
• Design and layout circuits and install electrical components.
• Perform sheet metal fabrication and welding as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis and participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist in training new employees.
